Online K-Beauty Parties
WHAT IS A K-POP UP PARTY?
This is an online party hosted inside of a FB group that you will create. You can host this on your own or with other planners. You will make a series of posts (listed below) and post a live or recorded video inside the group.
You can invite your social media friends 3 days prior and create curiosity with the posts below. Some people choose to do giveaways at their party for anyone that places an order or hosts another party for you. This is up to you. Have fun and share the Riman difference!
HOW TO INVITE TO YOUR K-BEAUTY POP UP BASH:
You want to personally invite all your guests through text or messenger, and you want to make sure to OVER INVITE! The rule of thumb is, half of the people you invite will attend, so it’s really important to over invite!
Here is an example options of what you can say:
Option 1: Hi XXX! What are you doing this xxx(day) at xxx (time)? My friend told me about a new $2.5 billion, #1 Korean Skincare line that just launched in North America. People are seeing results in just 5 days! We are having a private event on Facebook to show off the results + giveaway some awesome prizes. Can I send you an invite?
Option 2: The Number one K-Beauty brand in skincare just launched in North America… do you want to check out an online pop up party that shares more about it with giveaways?
If they say yes: Go to your events in FB, click on the party, at the top click on Share and then on invite friends 🎉🎉🎉
**Make sure you only add people to the party who agree to be invited. We don’t want to spam or annoy people:)

POST #2: (2 days prior to live event)
Post a picture of your results with your testimonial, remind your guests about the live event and the prizes being given away! Comment on the results photo by saying, “Want to know her secret about how she transformed?🙋♀️ See you tomorrow😁”
Ask your guests to comment what area(s) they would like to see improvements on with their skin and/or hair.
POST #3: (1 day prior to the live event)
Post about the hair care line + remind your guests about the live event and the prizes being given away!. Comment on the results photo by saying, “Want to know her secret about how she transformed?🙋♀️ See you tomorrow!”
Ask your guests to comment about their most memorable hair style.
POST #4: (day of party)
Remind your guests about the live event and about the prizes being given away! 🙋♀️ See you tonight😁

2. Follow up with everyone at the party and say: I’m getting ready to place orders from the party. Do you want me to add you to it before the giveaway ends? (offer them a sample if they don’t order).
3. Ask your customers if they are willing to host a party for you and offer them an incentive (free product or shopping credits)
4. Turn your FB party into a VIP group where you continue to drip on them!
